Description
Rebaudioside F inhibits certain enzymes and has an effect on oral pathogens. It is a fluorescent derivative of fatty acid and has been shown to inhibit the activity of certain enzymes in vitro, such as caffeic acid synthase and esterases. Rebaudioside F has also been shown to have anti-bacterial activity against oral pathogens, such as Streptococcus mutans. This product can be used in antimicrobial activity studies.
