Description
Recombinant chondroitinase ABC I from E. coil is responsible for catalyzing the endo-eliminative degradation of polysaccharides containing (1→4)-β-D-hexosamine and (1→3)-β-D-glucuronosyl or (1→3)-α-L-iduronosyl linkages.
Purity
≥ 95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Applications
Recombinant chondroitinase ABC I from E. coil can be used for purification and structural analysis of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs).
