Description
It is a recombinant Acillus subtilis fructose kinase produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to produce glycan in vitro.

One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol of D-fructose 1-
phosphate from D-fructose and ATP in one minute at 37°C.
Purity
>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Applications
