Description
It is a recombinant Arthrobacter protophor-miae Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (high-mannose, hybrid
N-glycan) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoprotein in vitro.
Unit Definition
One unit will catalyze the release of 1 μmol N-glycan from N glycoprotein in one minute at 37°C.
