Properties
Description
It is a recombinant Arthrobacter protophormia endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase A produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycan in vitro.
Unit Definition
One unit will catalyze the release of N-glycan from 1 nanomole of RNaseB in one minute at 37°C.
Source
Arthrobacter protophormia
Purity
>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Applications
This product can be used to study the biocatalytic potential (releasing N-glycans) of the endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase A , and study the implications for protein deglycosylation with endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase A.
