Recombinant Dickeya dadantii pectate lyase 1B produced by Escherichia coli, is a recombinant enzyme produced in Escherichia coli. It is involved in the eliminative degradation of polysaccharides with 1,4-β-D-hexosaminyl and 1,3-β-D-glucuronosyl linkages.
