Description
It is a recombinant E. coli O157:H7 L-arabinose isomerase. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to produce glycan in vitro.

One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol of L-ribulose
from L-arabinose in one minute at 37°C.
Purity
>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
