Description
It is an recombinant Helicobacter mustelae α1,2-fucosyltransferase (α1,2FucT) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoproteins in vitro.
