Recombinant Pseudomonas aeruginosa oligoalginate lyase 7A produced by Escherichia coli, is involved in the cleavage of L-α-rhamnopyranosyl-1,4-α-D-galactopyranosyluronic acid bonds in rhamnogalacturonan I domains within pectin. It is produced in Escherichia coli.
