Applications
Recombinant Pyrococcus furiosus β-mannosidase 1A can be used in industrial and consumer production. It has the ability to hydrolyze 4-nitrophenyl-α-glucopyranoside (GlcpbNp), and 4-nitrophenyl-β-D-mannopyranoside (ManpbNp).
