Description

It is a recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (high-mannose, hybrid, bisect complex-type N-glycan) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoprotein in vitro.
