Description
It is an recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes UDP-Glc dehydrogenase (UDPDH) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoproteins in vitro.

One unit will oxidize 1.0 μmol UDP-glucose to UDP-glucuronic acid per minute at pH 8.7 at 25°C.
