Description
Recombinant K5 lyase A from E. coli is responsible for the production of low-molecular-weight, highly modified heparin-like oligosaccharides by cleavage of heparan sulfate within the NAc domains possessing the heparosan-like structure and low-sulfate content.
Purity
≥ 95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Applications
Recombinant K5 lyase A from E. coli can be used for the purification and analysis of K5 polysaccharides and the production of K5 oligosaccharides.
