Properties
Description
Hydroxyfasudil hydrochloride, soluble in warmed DMSO and warmed water and insoluble in ethanol, blocks the ATP-binding site of ROCK, thereby inhibiting its kinase activity. It targets PKA, ROCK1, and ROCK2.
Molecular Formula
C14H18ClN3O3S
Targets
PKA: 37 μM; ROCK1: 0.73 μM; ROCK2: 0.72 μM
Solubility
Warmed DMSO: 67 mg/mL (194.86 mM); Warmed water: 59 mg/mL (171.59 mM); Ethanol: Insoluble
Identity
Confirmed by NMR/HPLC/MS.
Stability
The product is stable for three years when stored at the recommended temperature in lyophilized powder.
