Properties
Description
SB 271046 Hydrochloride, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in water and ethanol, inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets 5-HT1A receptor, 5-HT1B receptor, 5-HT1D receptor, 5-HT1E receptor, 5-HT1F receptor, 5-HT2A receptor, 5-HT2B receptor, 5-HT4 receptor, 5-HT6 receptor, 5-HT7 receptor, and human 5-HT2C receptor.
