Description
Ziprasidone hydrochloride monohydrate, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in water and ethanol, inhibits the signaling pathway between G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and G proteins. It targets rat 5-HT1A receptor, rat 5-HT2A, and rat D2 receptor.
