Description
Afuresertib, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, inhibits the phosphorylation of Akt with anti-inflammatory properties. It targets Akt1 E17K mutant, Akt2, Akt3, PKCη, PKCθ, PKC-βI, and ROCK.
