We take the blood from the tail vein of the tumor-bearing mice and use a blood glucose meter to detect the blood glucose of the mice.

Notes

• Factors such as age and dietary composition will affect the results. Therefore, mice of similar age and weight should be selected when evaluating glucose tolerance tests.
• All mice undergoing experiments should be sent to our laboratory one week before the experiment.
• There should be at least 8 mice in each group to ensure the reliability of the experiment.
