Affinity chromatography is a chromatographic technique that utilizes the specialized affinity between biomolecules for separation. Researchers create selected affinity matrices by coupling ligands (e.g., antibodies, enzymes, antigens, or receptors). There are a variety of coupling methods. CNBr activation is the most common method for preparing affinity gels, such as cyanogen bromide-activated agarose. We offer CNBr-activation-based preparation of affinity matrices. We immobilize the ligands by the cyanogen bromide method. This coupling reaction can be carried out spontaneously and is widely used.
The binding of polysaccharides and proteins requires a small number of functional groups: amino groups, imine groups, disulfide bonds, sparing groups, etc. There are various methods available for covalently linking polysaccharides and proteins, such as amine reduction, diazotization chemical reaction, CNBr-activation method, and so on. Among them, CNBr-activation is one of the commonly used methods. We have a complete Glycoengineering Platform. We prepare polysaccharides and protein couplings by CNBr-activation method according to clients' requirements. The biochemical properties, antigenicity, immunogenicity, etc., of this conjugate are also tested.

Results: In this study, the biocoupling of high-quality nanoparticles (MNPs) with antibodies was realized using CNBr. This technique is more facile to operate and more cost-effective. The Fe3O4 coated by carboxymethyl dextran (CMD) and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody was coupled by CNBr. Validation results showed that this coupled antibody can be used to isolate high-purity CD3+ T lymphocytes from blood.
