- Identification and basic test

Results: In this study, a new method for the quantitative analysis of ferrous gluconate was developed using UPLC-MS/MS. The validity of the method was verified by the researchers through various evaluation combinations. In addition, researchers used the UPLC-MS/MS system combined with electrospray ionization (ESI) to identify and quantify ferrous gluconate. The results showed that LOQ and LOD of ferrous gluconate were 3.5 and 1.1 mg/kg, respectively.
