Miniature pig kidney N-glycan-immobilized beads are prepared based on polysaccharide material. These beads have a smaller particle size, which provides a higher surface area and better separation. Its surface is attached with N-glycans from the micro pig kidney. Also, its surface is immobilized with miniature pig kidney N-glycans, which have the ability to specifically interact with the glycan chain structure. By incubating the glycan mixture to be screened with the beads, the glycan molecules specifically bind to miniature pig kidney N-glycans immobilized on the surface of the microbeads. High-throughput screening (HTS) of glycans using this technology allows for the simultaneous processing of a large number of samples and improves screening efficiency. During the screening process, different wash buffers can be used to remove non-specific bound glycan molecules, improving the specificity of the screening results.

At CD BioGlyco, we combine miniature pig kidney N-glycan-immobilized beads with other analytical techniques to rapidly screen large numbers of samples. This makes it possible to screen multiple glycan samples at the same time, speeding up the screening process and increasing efficiency. Our specific services are listed below:
