  • M. nigra lectin production service

Currently, researchers have successfully extracted lectins (Morniga-G, Morniga-M, etc.) from various parts of M. nigra bark, latex, and seeds. We extract lectins from M. nigra bark and other materials. The raw material is immersed in the buffer. After that, the crude extract is obtained by centrifugation and precipitation. This is followed by further separation from the crude extract of M. nigra bark by Affinity Chromatography. Purified lectins (Morniga-G, Morniga-M, etc.) are finally obtained.

Detailed characterization of the carbohydrate-binding specificity and structure of the lectins helps to further understand M. nigra lectins and expand their applications. We also provide a one-stop lectin testing service. We use circular dichroism spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and other methods to examine the structure of the lectin. The carbohydrate-binding specificity of the lectin is measured by the hemagglutination inhibition test.

  • Morniga-G and Morniga-M products

Biochemical and molecular analyses have shown that M. nigra contains large quantities of a mannose-specific homolog (Morniga-M) and a galactose-specific jacalin-related lectin (Morniga-G). We use an optimized method to produce these two lectins. The labeled lectins are used for immunodetection of disease-related changes in glycan synthesis, etc. In addition to purified Morniga-M and Morniga-G, we offer a wide range of conjugate products such as peroxidase conjugate, agarose conjugate, rhodamine conjugate, and others.

Applications

  • We produce Morniga-G and Morniga-M for analyzing intracellular glycosylation mechanisms.
  • Our Morniga-G and Morniga-M are used to detect disease-related changes in glycan synthesis.
  • We produce Morniga-G and Morniga-M which are used to study the recognition of the cell surface carbohydrate ligand, lectin.

Advantages of Us

  • We have a strict quality monitoring system to ensure the quality and purity of Morniga-G and Morniga-M.
  • With our rich experience in plant lectin production, we are capable of meeting the needs of our clients for lectin research and application.
  • We have the capability to realize Morniga-G and Morniga-M in grams.

CD BioGlyco has developed a specialized quality testing system to maintain a high level of lectin quality control. Our goal is to provide the highest quality and most abundant plant lectin products, including Perseau americana Lectin, Narcissus pseudonarcissus Lectin, and others. Please feel free to contact us for detailed information about the M. nigra Lectin production method, Morniga-G and Morniga-M product prices, and more. We will surely repay your trust in us with the best quality M. nigra lectin production service.
