  • 2'- O-modified ribonucleosides are used as monomers for Oligonucleotides. It is used to develop antisense or RNAi molecules to improve nuclease resistance and achieve double-stranded body stabilization with target RNA. We produce 2'-O-alkylated derivatives by modifying different sites.
  • [1'-13C] Ribothymidine is more functional. It is used to study proteomics, DNA synthesis, and its role in tumors, etc. [1'-13C] Ribothymidine production involves multiple steps. We optimize each step of the reaction based on reported production pathways. We offer [1'-13C] ribothymidine in small sizes.
  • It is found that a 2'-modification strategy greatly facilitates the crystal growth of many oligonucleotide sequences. Ribothymidine is a common modification in mature tRNAs. It is of interest to study the production of 2'-SeMe-modified ribothymidine analogs. We produce various 2'-SeMe-modified derivatives.
