In recent years, the production of oligonucleotides has increased dramatically due to the use of modified oligos in many biological applications, such as DNA sequencing, genotyping, and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Dye fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotides include direct or indirect labeling, which is currently widely used in biotin labeling. TET is a Fluorescein derivative. TET and HEX are improved based on FAM. The chlorine atoms produce a certain redshift in both the absorption wavelength and the emission wavelength values of FAM and weaken the pH sensitivity to some extent. TET is also used in the Argon-ion Laser excitation light source, Abs/Em=521/536 nm. The choice of labels was further diversified according to the spectral requirements. This technique provides a novel method for simple, fast, and convenient point-of-care diagnostics for monitoring proteins and metal ions.

With the development of new methods for single nucleotide polymorphism detection and sensitive diagnostics based on vial assays for fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides, there is an urgent need for high-performance purification and modification techniques of these special oligonucleotide probes. CD BioGlyco offers nucleic acid probes labeled with TET services.
The services are classified into enzymatic labeling, chemical labeling, and direct labeling based on the different research needs of our customers, which rapidly and stably label TET dyes with oligonucleotides. The TET dye is quickly and stably labeled.
