Calcium Levulinate Analysis Service
High-quality Calcium Levulinate Analysis in Various Forms That Exceeding Your Expectations
Calcium levulinate (C10H14CaO6·2H2O) is a highly effective calcium supplement and comes in various forms such as tablets, injections, and capsules. It dissociates rapidly to form calcium ions when it enters the body. Notably, calcium levulinate is converted to deoxygenated and high-density energy products at elevated temperatures, making it highly valuable for study. At CD BioGlyco, we attach great importance to the identification and analysis of Pharmaceutical and Biological. With the support of the professional team, we provide reliable analysis services of calcium levulinate and calcium levulinate injection (a sterile solution of calcium levulinate). Moreover, we provide Calcium Gluconate Analysis, Calcium Gluceptate Analysis, and Calcium Lactobionate Analysis services.

Calcium Levulinate Analysis Service at CD BioGlyco
- Identification
We provide various analytical services applied in the determination of calcium content including direct titration, atomic absorption, spectrophotometry, and ion chromatography. Then, we calculate the percentage of calcium levulinate in the sample.
- Structural characterization
We have comprehensive strategies to quickly analyze all kinds of Pharmaceuticals. For calcium levulinate, we characterize its structure using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Moreover, we provide molecular weight determination services.
- Impurity analysis
Our researchers have extensive experience in impurity analysis and quickly help clients to determine impurities. We mainly provide chlorides, sulfates, and reducing sugars analysis. In detail, our staff provides a range of services from solution preparation, reaction, and recording to data analysis.
- Bioactivity assay
Our analytical team analyzes calcium levulinate in cells and mice. We provide immunologic and transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis.
- Others
For calcium levulinate injection, we provide bacterial endotoxin testing and particulate matter testing.

Publication Data
Technology: Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), NMR, Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), Oxygen bomb calorimetry
Journal: Green Chemistry
Published: 2010
IF: 11.034
Results: The researchers designed a new thermal deoxygenation (TDO) treatment of biomass. TGA of Calcium levulinate by the researchers showed that its decomposition occurs in the range of 200-600°C. GC-MS was used to identify the individual products. 37% of the anhydrous calcium acetylpropionate was volatilized in the TGA, 26% of the calcium levulinate was present in the residue, and the remaining 37% was calcium carbonate.
