Adenine, which exists as a base in nucleic acids in living organisms, has received extensive attention from biochemists and organic synthesists in recent years because of its favorable biological activity. Especially in antiviral and cancer cell inhibition, adenine derivatives have obvious effects and attractive prospects for clinical applications.
