We specialize in acylation, phosphorylation, etherification, alkylation, etc. Natural cytidine, 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu), 5-azacytosine, etc., are raw materials. We produce various cytidine derivatives through various chemical reactions to expand the derivatives library. We aim to develop routes that are simple, low-cost, less polluting to the environment, and suitable for industrial production.

In addition, we produce new cytidine derivatives with stronger bioactivity. It is shown that the best-combined results of activity and toxicity are obtained when the N4 position on the cytosine base is N-pentoxy-carbonyl. In order to further study the conformational relationship of such compounds and to find highly active compounds, we design substitutions on the pyrimidine base ring such as alkylamine, alkoxy, etc. Azacitidine is a cytidine analog. We develop a route with a short and simple operation using 5-azacytosine as raw material. In addition to the production and structural analysis, we also complete the subsequent bioactivity assay experiments according to the client's needs.

Enzymes act as highly selective catalysts that enable selective reactions at a particular site. Enzymatic synthesis methods require mild reaction conditions. The reaction process is generally non-toxic, non-polluting, and has low energy consumption. It is an environmentally friendly method and has good application prospects in green chemical industrial production. We also study the application of the enzymatic synthesis method.

  • Cytidine derivative products

Our products include 2',3'-DI-O-acetyl-5'-deoxy-5-fluorocytidine, 2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl) cytidine, cytidine 3'(2')-monophosphate, 1'-13C Cytidine, cytidine-2'-13C, cytidine-5-diphosphate sodium salt, etc. All products are confirmed by IR, 13C NMR, 1H NMR, and MS.

Applications

  • High-quality cytidine derivatives are used to develop cytidine derivative monomers for the preparation of RNA long chains.
  • Cytidine derivatives may inhibit viral proliferation to some extent. Their production plays a vital role in the development of more active compounds such as anti-tumor and anti-poisoning.
