Nucleoside-based Uridine Derivative Production Service

Service Starts with the Details

CD BioGlyco is experienced in the production of nucleoside derivatives and the study of their drug ability. We develop a variety of modification methods to meet the structural needs of our clients. We produce various urine derivatives mainly by chemical methods.

  • Application-based uridine derivative production service

Nucleoside analogs are structurally similar to natural nucleosides and have shown excellence in anti-tumor, and anti-viral applications, etc. Uridine derivatives are also intermediates of many drugs. In order to meet the production needs of uridine derivatives in different applications, we have an R&D team with many years of accumulation in nucleoside production.

In order to produce uridine derivatives with drug potential, we carry out studies from two main aspects. One is to produce structurally novel compounds and search for lead structures or clues for further structural optimization through biological activity tests. The other is to explore the effect of different types of pre-drugs on their biological effects from the reported active compounds to identify pre-drug forms with better drug-forming properties. Nucleotide derivatives containing sulfur bases have very crucial roles in antitumor and antiviral applications with the aid of near-ultraviolet (UVA) light. We also produce sulfur-base-containing uridine derivatives and test their antiviral and antitumor activities.

Fluorescence spectroscopy has lots of advantages, such as high sensitivity, low cost, and easy detection. It is widely used in the study of nucleic acids and biomolecules in highly sensitive localized microenvironments such as structure, polarity, viscosity, and pH. Fluorescent nucleoside analogs have become an important tool for studying the structure and dynamics of nucleic acids and for their identification. We aim to produce uridine derivatives that are used as sensitive fluorescent probes for expanded applications.

  • Uridine derivative products

Based on the reported production method, we optimize the production process of the uridine derivative to improve the yield of the final product and simplify the operation steps. After production, we confirm the structure by HRMS, IR, 13C NMR, and 1H NMR. We offer uridine triacetate, uridine-5-oxyacetic acid, uridine 5-oxyacetic acid methyl ester, 5-(2-hydroxyethyl) uridine, 5-(aminomethyl) uridine, 5-(2-hydroxyethyl) uridine, 5-(aminomethyl) uridine, 3-(3-Acetamido-3-carboxypropyl) uridine, etc.

Applications

  • Many nucleoside analogs possess a variety of other biological activities such as antiviral. Uridine derivative production techniques are used to develop substances with enhanced antiviral activity.
  • The production of novel uridine analogs is of great interest in the research of both experimental and clinical cancer chemotherapy. It may lead to the development of less toxic drugs.
  • The production of uridine derivative is used to develop substances that can be used as sensitive fluorescent probes.

Highlights

  • We have optimized the production of different compounds. The process is more efficient and stable. Product purification is also easier.
  • We have unique chemistries and modifications to support customized production at all stages of drug discovery.
  • Production of different structural uridine analogs helps to facilitate the development of novel nucleoside-based therapeutics.
